Yoga Poses To Try At Home During Quarantine

So Ive decided I wanted to help my body get in shape, despite the occasional walks my family and I do during the neighborhood.

The images below are safe, although I do advise doing a little bit of research online to be sure.

My goal is to have my body transform into a bit more leaner, more fluid, and more relaxed …In addition, these exercises have greatly helped with my anxiety and sleeplessness.

I would recommend holding the poses for at least 1 minute.

Please mix the poses up for daily use and for a bonus add in suggestions from our mindfulness meditation post.

Hold this pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute

  • strengthens stomach and thigh muscles
  • relieves neck pan

  • improves digestion
  • “good for period cramps”
  • stimulates the kidney and liver
  • loosens the pelvis and calf muscles
  • stretches the back of the thighs
